• What if buyer wins one of auctions how will buyer be contacted?

All winning bidders will be contacted by e-mail after the auction ends with complete information and payment instructions!

• What if buyer does not get contacted after the auction?

FUNArtStudio’s system is automated and we do send responses to the email of record with our auction site. If you have multiple email accounts, remember to look in the account that is registered with eBay. If you do not receive a "Payment Instructions" e-mail from us within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible!

• If buyer wins more then one of auctions, would you combine shipping?

Yes, FUNArtStudio does combine shipping for 2 or more items. If buyer is going to get more than one of our auctions in a reasonable amount of time (typically within 5 days) and you wish to have those shipped together, buyer may discount charges as follows:

• 15% off on Total S&H fees for  2 to 4 items.
• 25% off on Total S&H fees for 5 to 9 items.
• 30% off on Total S&H fees for  over 10 items.
  

For example:
if you won three auctions, the shipping fees are 18, 18 and 12, your total shipping fee will be
Total = (18+18+12) *0.85 = 40.8

if you won five auctions, the shipping fees are 18, 20, 12, 18 and 12, your total shipping fee will be
Total = (18+20+12+18+12) *0.75 = 60

This policy is valid only when payment is made for all auctions at one time, so all buyers please wait until all of your auctions have ended before making payment.

• How long will buyer's order be shipped after FUNArtStudio received payments?

Buyer will receive an notification by email from us, once your full payment has been received. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. FUNArtStudio is closed on Saturday and Sunday and therefore we do not process anything on these days If you require special needs beyond this timing, please contact us before bidding. We will do our best to help with.

• When can buyer expect to receive feedback?

Our feedback is generated through our Auction Management system. The automation of Auction Management system does not provide feedback until the transaction is complete. It means that the item has been paid for, shipped, received, and feedback has been left for us. At that time, your eBay user id is picked up through the system and feedback will be left for you automatically.
